Web Admin Dashboard
Manage your server's leaderboards, players, and settings through a web interface

Getting Started
The web dashboard lets you manage your Team Up leaderboards from any browser. Record matches, view player stats, and configure settings without opening Discord.
Step 1: Log In
Visit teamupgg.com/app and click "Login with Discord". Authorize Team Up to verify your Discord identity.
Step 2: Select Your Server
Choose the server you want to manage. You'll see all servers where you have admin access.
Step 3: Start Managing
Use the sidebar to navigate between players, match history, leaderboard views, and settings.
Who Has Access?
By default, anyone with Discord Administrator or Manage Server permissions has full admin access. To grant access to others, use the Members & Access page in the web dashboard.
Dashboard Features
Server Overview
See all your leaderboards, quick action buttons, and server info at a glance.
Players
Browse all players across leaderboards. View ratings, match counts, wins, losses, and individual match history.
Match History
View the complete match history for your server. Filter by leaderboard and see rating changes for each match.
Record Matches
Record match results through the web interface. Select a leaderboard, add players, and set placements.
Leaderboard View
Click on any leaderboard to see full rankings, rating distribution, and leaderboard-specific configuration.
Settings
Configure server profile, leaderboard settings, and default leaderboard selection.
Public Leaderboard Page
Every server also gets a public leaderboard page that anyone can view — no login required.

Permission Levels
The dashboard supports three permission levels. Users with Discord Administrator or Manage Server permissions always have full Admin access automatically.
Viewer
- View leaderboard rankings
- Browse player profiles

Manager
- Everything in Viewer
- Record match results
- Manage player data
Admin
- Everything in Manager
- Change server settings
- Configure leaderboards
- Full dashboard control
Managing Dashboard Access
Grant or revoke web dashboard access from the Members & Access page in the web dashboard. In Discord, run /help — the hub reply includes a Members & Access button that links straight to that page for your server.
Grant Access to a User
Open the Members & Access page and switch to the Discord Users tab. Add a user and choose their permission level.
Permission levels:
- Viewer - read-only access to rankings, players, and match history
- Manager - everything in Viewer, plus recording matches and managing player data
- Admin - full dashboard control, including settings and configuration
Grant Access to a Role
Switch to the Discord Roles tab and add a Discord role at the level you want. All members with that role will have dashboard access at the chosen level.
Remove Access
Remove a user or role entry from its tab on the Members & Access page to revoke access.
View Current Access
The Members & Access page lists every user and role with its permission level. Run /help in Discord and use the Members & Access button to jump there.
Example Setups
Match Recording Staff
Let trusted community members record matches through the web dashboard without giving them Discord admin permissions.
On the Members & Access page, open the Discord Roles tab and add @Match-Recorders at the Manager level.
Read-Only Moderators
Allow moderators to view player stats and match history without being able to make changes.
On the Discord Roles tab of the Members & Access page, add @Moderators at the Viewer level.
Tournament Organizer
Give tournament organizers full admin access so they can manage settings during events.
On the Discord Users tab of the Members & Access page, add @tournament-admin at the Admin level.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a subscription to use the dashboard?
No, the dashboard is available on all tiers including Free. Custom URLs for the public leaderboard page require a Pro or Unlimited subscription.
Why can't I see my server?
Make sure you have Discord Administrator or Manage Server permissions, or that you've been granted access on the Members & Access page. Also verify Team Up bot is still in the server.
Can I record matches from the dashboard?
Yes! Users with Manager or Admin access can record matches through the web interface. It works the same as the Discord /record_match command.
Does the dashboard work on mobile?
Yes, the dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers.
How do I set a custom URL for my public page?
Set it on the Branding & Identity page in the web dashboard — view your current settings in Discord with /profile server.
This creates a friendly URL like teamupgg.com/l/my-community. Requires Pro or Unlimited.
