Multiplies your league's daily request allowance and burst ceiling by 10 — so Pro goes to 50,000 requests/day, Unlimited to 500,000, and White Label to 2,000,000. Raises your active key limit to 50.

? How does the free trial work?
New customers get their first 7 days of Pro or Unlimited free. Click "Start free trial" on either plan, then apply the trial to a league from your Subscriptions page. We take a card up front and charge it when the 7 days are up, so your plan carries on without interruption — cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. We email you before the charge. One trial per account — and if your community's subscription lapses, a new trial unlocks 90 days after it ends.
? How do I purchase a plan?
Purchase directly on this page with a credit or debit card. Log in to your Team Up account, choose your plan, then apply it to any of your leagues from your Subscriptions page.
? What's the difference between a subscription and a one-time purchase?
Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle. One-time purchases give you a fixed period of service (30 days or 1 year) with no recurring charges — they cost a little more than the equivalent subscription period in exchange for not renewing. Both are applied to a league of your choice after purchase.
? Are cosmetics included in a plan?
No — cosmetics are bought separately from plans. Nameplates, badges and page themes are one-time purchases recorded against your account rather than against a league, so they stay with you across every league you play in. Seasonal bundles group a matching set at a discount, and any cosmetic can be bought as a gift — including a voucher that lets the recipient pick their own.
? What do I get with White Label?
Everything in Unlimited, plus your community runs on your own Discord bot — your bot's name and avatar on every leaderboard message and slash command — and Team Up branding is removed from your public league pages. After subscribing, set it up in a few minutes from your league's Discord Management page. If your subscription ever lapses, your community keeps working — it just falls back to the official Team Up bot.
? Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
? How do I apply my subscription?
After purchasing, go to your Subscriptions page and choose which league to apply it to. You can apply it to any league where you're an owner or admin.
